Collect testimonials

Collect testimonials without a shared inbox.

Send one link per client. Customers leave a rating and a quote. Your studio gets a pending item and an email, not another thread to mine for a sentence you can publish.

Collecting testimonials is usually a scavenger hunt: a nice sentence in Slack, a logo in a different email, a star rating nobody wrote down. ClientProof puts the request on a public page tied to one client workspace. The person writing does not create an account.

What the form asks for

Name, role, company, a rating from 1 to 5, the testimonial itself, and an optional photo or logo. Role and company can be left blank when the quote is from a patient or a private customer. The testimonial needs at least a short paragraph, so one-word submissions do not fill the queue.

The page uses the client’s name and accent color, with a small ClientProof mark on the free plan. Submitting shows a thank-you state. The quote is not published on that thank-you screen, and it is not added to any embed yet.

Pending until you say otherwise

New testimonials are pending. The account’s notification address receives an email when a provider is configured. Without Resend or Postmark keys, the notice is written to the server log so local setups still show that the hook fired.

From the queue you approve, reject, tag, or delete. Approval is what collection is for. Until that click, the wall of love does not change.

One link per client

Create a client, copy /c/their-slug, and send it. Switch clients in the dashboard before you review what came back. The same agency account can collect for a roaster in the morning and a clinic in the afternoon without mixing the quotes.
