Approve, reject, and tag testimonials

Nothing goes live until it is approved. Tags keep campaign quotes easy to find.

The Queue defaults to pending testimonials for the active client. Approve publishes a testimonial on every embed for that client. Reject keeps it in the archive and off the website. Delete removes it.

The free plan allows 10 approved testimonials per client. Approving the 11th asks you to upgrade. Rejecting or deleting an approved testimonial frees a slot. Testimonials that are already approved can stay approved.

Tags are short labels such as homepage, hero, or social. They are for your team. Embeds currently show every approved testimonial, not a single tag. Use tags to remember which quotes you promised a client for a campaign.

  1. Switch to the right client.
  2. Open Queue and review the pending list.
  3. Approve, reject, or delete each submission.
  4. Add a tag if you need to find that quote again.
