Create a client and collection link

Add a workspace for each brand you manage and share its public form.

A client is a workspace inside your agency account. Harbor & Co and Lumen Dental can both live under one login, with separate collection links, queues, and embed snippets.

Open Clients, enter the brand name, and confirm the slug. The slug becomes the public URL, so pick something stable. You can change the display name and accent color later. Changing a slug would break embeds already on a site, so slugs stay fixed after creation.

The collection link looks like /c/your-slug. Send it to the client, or ask them to forward it to customers. Submissions land as pending and do not appear on embeds until someone on the account approves them.

  1. Sign in and open Clients.
  2. Add the client name, slug, and accent color.
  3. Copy the collection link from the client row or the Overview page.
  4. Use the client switcher in the sidebar before you moderate or copy embeds.
