ClientProof on useclientproof.com helps agencies collect and embed testimonials. This policy covers marketing tools (calculator, reports, news) and the product dashboard.

Calculator reports

If you request a customized report, we store your name, work email, optional company name, calculator inputs, and insight JSON. With your opt-in consent, we fetch publicly available pages on your company website (homepage, About, Services — up to eight pages, same domain, honoring robots.txt). We do not sell personal data.

Retention & deletion

Contact us through the contact form to request deletion of marketing leads. Product account data is removed when you delete the agency account.

Cookies

Marketing pages do not set analytics cookies by default. The dashboard uses a session cookie when you log in. Embeds do not set cookies.
